Usage & Maintenance Tips:

• For the first use of the new machine:
  Add pneumatic tool oil through the air inlet, about 4 cc. Repeat this after about 3 hours of continuous use, and add another 4 cc of oil through the air inlet.
• After adding the oil:
  Let the machine idle for about 10 seconds (without load). This fully lubricates the internal parts of the grinder before you start working.
• Use with air compressor:
  This machine operates on an air compressor with an output pressure of 6–8 kg.
  In traditional air compressors, the compressed air often contains water and a small amount of oil (carried by the piston). Without using an oil-water separator, water, oil, and air can accumulate inside the machine. This can lead to reduced rotation speed and torque as internal parts begin to stick.
• To prevent this, add pneumatic tool oil again through the air inlet, let the machine idle for about 10 seconds, and then resume normal work.
